The One-Hour Strategy Session is a private one-on-one conversation, conducted by teleconference, phone or in-person where we go over the main problems which persist in your business. The goal of the One-Hour Strategy Session is to provide you with an objective opinion regarding the current state of your business as described, in an effort to best target your activities to reach your stated goals.

Our process is designed to NOT waste time. In order to schedule your One-Hour Strategy Session, you must become a member and take the Strategic Business Assessment.

Both the NCNDA and the Business Assessment Survey MUST be completed prior to your meeting unless other arrangements have been made. Upon completing your assessment, you will be taken to a secure page for you to schedule your meeting on the calendar as availability allows, and pay the fee. This process was designed to maximize the value of our time together.

We take our business seriously, as should you. Not performing any of the required steps will delay your opportunity for the one-hour consult.

The One-Hour Strategy Session Agenda:

1. Brief introduction
2. Review of Business Assessment Survey information and Clarification
3. Discussion on historical strategies, tactics and their outcomes
4. Personal and business goals and challenges

What you will receive:

1. A written Summary of the consult
2. Business summary information
3. Business and personal goal statement alignment
4. Topline Strategic and Tactical recommendations for you to proceed to the next steps.

Expectations:

You are expected to show up on time to the one-hour consult, alert and prepared to speak about the items in the assessment, as well as the main issues affecting your company’s performance.

You can expect professional and courteous service, and adherence to the Agenda as written. You will receive the summary report outlining the topline findings of the assessment and consult, along with recommendations for proceeding.

You are NOT required to proceed any further with a Business Analysis, or Consulting arrangement. Recommended courses of action may or may not include Factorian Enterprises, its partners or affiliates. Recommendations are made independently of whom will assist your business in proceeding to exploit your profit potential.

If you determine you would wish to proceed with an Analysis or Consulting Services arrangement, they are made on an individual basis and are priced based on the scope and scale of the project, as well as availability. Please keep this in mind upon the conclusion of the One-Hour Strategy Session, as projects are initiated on a first-come first-serve basis, with the exception of retainer contracts.
